We also install irrigation and drainage systems to properly maintain front and backyard landscape areas, allowing homeowners to settle in after they purchase their new home. Master Development
In communities where homeowners are part of a “Master Development”, ELS has the skills and experience to provide you with much larger outdoor living spaces. We work with local community HOAs and CSDs to design and install parks, community centers, roadside landscape improvements, and open space trail systems. where people have the opportunity to enjoy their local open spaces and wildlife.
Public Works
ELS has contracted with many state, city, and local communities for various types of public works projects (including Prevailing Wage) ranging from freeways and roadside improvements to downtown plaza areas to major erosion control/re-vegetation projects. ELS has had the privilege to work on many commercial projects installing large retaining wall systems, perimeter community walls, water features, colored stamped concrete, decorative concrete paver systems, staircases, hand rails, driveways, and sidewalks.
